Karen Jasper is the author of 3 books, including a coming of age family saga, An Imperfect Life: a GLBTQ love story, The Light Stays On;  and a collection of poetry, Love & Other Annoyances: All Purpose Poems for Hard Headed & Soft Hearted Romantics.  

With an extensive background in counseling, psychotherapy, and training, Karen has a keen understanding of individual and family challenges and relationships. Her writing style is simple and direct, and she often infuses humor into even difficult circumstances.
